Who are we?

Since 1977, Auctie's has been involved in the valuation and auction of your exceptional objects.

Since 2017, we have been deploying a unique recipe by capitalising on our track record of +1000 sales achieved, catalysed by our sense of service, openness to the global market and mastery of digital channels, for unparalleled results and service quality.

We estimate your objects for free

Our 45 years of expertise, our dedicated tools and our network of experts allow us to deliver instant and free estimates of exceptional objects. If necessary, we will come to your home to inventory each piece.

We exhibit, communicate and auction

A selection of objects will be taken care of by us. We trace the history of the object, verify its authenticity, and exhibit it before its sale in a prestigious location while communicating effectively to mobilise a community of buyers around your objects.

We sell it at auction and defend your interests to the best of our ability. Our goal: a result that exceeds your expectations.

Your items support causes!

Auctions create unique moments where objects that are often full of history change hands to find a new life.

At Auctie's, we are convinced that your objects also have the power to change the world. This is why we have rethought the way we do business by systematically funding charity projects.

Since 2021, our sellers have had the opportunity to make a commitment to us by donating part or all of the profit from the sale of their items to solidarity projects selected for their transparency and the performance of their actions. With each sale, several thousand euros are raised to support projects for youth, medical research, aid to the most disadvantaged, etc.

By buying or selling your items at Auctie's, you are contributing to a whole network of associations that serve the general interest.

A tax incentive scheme

In France, donations to causes recognised as being in the public interest or helping people in difficulty offer the possibility of a significant income tax deduction.

The amount of this deduction is 75% for donations made to organisations helping people in difficulty and 66% for donations made to organisations of general interest.

Once your item is sold, you can freely choose the percentage of the amount you agree to donate to a cause. Auctie's will take care of sending you a tax receipt that will allow you to benefit from a tax deduction.

FAQ

Are you new to auctions? We can answer all your questions.

  • How can my objects support causes?

By entrusting your objects to Auctie's, we estimate them and sell them at auction. After the sale, we offer to donate all or part of the proceeds to the charity projects of your choice. What's more, you can deduct it from your taxes!

  • What kind of items can I sell at auction?

All types of objects: old or more recent furniture, old or contemporary paintings, art objects, jewellery, wines, vintage vehicles, knick-knacks, and more generally, anything that may be hidden in your attic or cellar and whose value you do not know.

  • How do I know what my item is worth?

This is our business! Before presenting an object at auction, we appraise it, authenticate it, estimate its value and, if necessary, we rely on a network of over 100 partner experts, each of whom is a leader in their field. Of course, the estimation phase is 100 free and without obligation.

  • How are the solidarity projects you support chosen?

The causes listed on our site have not been selected! It is our sellers, like you, who have asked us to support them. If you too have projects that are important to you, auction your items and use the proceeds to support these projects!

  • Is it tax deductible?

And of course! If your item sells for €1000 and you donate the whole amount to a project that is close to your heart, you will get a tax deduction of €750 for an association that helps people in difficulty and €660 for a general interest association!
